Update

New card issuance is now operational. The failure to issue cards appeared to be an upstream issue and has been resolved. We will continue monitoring, but all systems are now operational.

We are currently investigating an issue where new cards are failing to be issued.

Authorization, transaction processing, and other systems are operational.
